At its June 2026 meeting, the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) reviewed and approved recommendations for revisions to the definitions on eligibility for accreditation.
The COA has developed a Call for Comments and welcomes your feedback on the new definitional structure. To participate in this Call for Comments, please click on the link below, where you will see the proposed revised definitions, and provide feedback. All individual survey responses will be treated with strict confidentiality; aggregated results will be reviewed by the COA. Feedback from the community of interest is very important in considering the proposed revisions. Click here to access the survey.
Please note that the confidentiality of individual Call for Comments survey responses will be maintained; the results of the survey will be presented for COA review in aggregate.
